The Way
We live in an age of chronic stress. Stress about work, stress about the kids, stress about our health. It very often feels like it's never-ending. And so with our busy lives, trying to live a balanced lifestyle where we eat well and exercise can be challenging.
Only focusing on diet and exercise when trying to release weight, can lead to stagnant results that keep you stuck.
The challenge is that the ability to eat well, exercise, and feel safe releasing weight are all run unconsciously in your brain, and if your brain isn't wired the way you want it to be, then you're just setting yourself up for failure.
If you've struggled and gone from diet to diet, you're likely to continue the trend UNLESS you get to the root of the problem.
Are you one of the thousands of people who need a glass of wine every evening to get sleep? One of those whom every morning drink coffee and running to work, because is too late and again we couldn't get out of bed on time? This is probably the first stressful situation of the much more stressful day at work for most of us, right? On the other hand croissant, sweet pastry, in the bag packed processed lunch from the nearest shop - because simply we just didn't have enough time and were too lazy to prepare anything day before. (watching TV, streaming who with who, or checking social media was much easier.. )
Now we are completely ready for another lovely day in the office, until Friday night, when we need to get drunk and "relax" a bit, best with someone with the same terrible lifestyle.
I know, it was simply too much during the week..right?
Is it similar to your lifestyle?
Well, probably is time to change something..
Life is beautiful, if you know how to live it!
It will never work, if we focus only on one part of our life, health is complex stuff, there are many parts that we need to consider, just to find the right recipe and Thrive!
There’s an epidemic few in the medical establishment are willing to admit:
It’s gut dysbiosis.
“Dysbiosis” refers to a state of imbalance among the colonies of microorganisms (bacteria, yeast, viruses, parasites, etc.) within your body.
Living in your gut are trillions of bacteria and other microorganisms.
These “critters” are essential to the most basic biological mechanisms required for human life such as digestion, energy production, and detoxification.
When there’s gut dysbiosis, that means there is an upset to the natural balance of microorganisms in your gut.
Normally, your gut is inhabited by trillions of good bacteria, the ones that help you digest your food, produce energy, and produce important biological chemicals like serotonin and dopamine (needed for brain function), and they help you detoxify and eliminate toxic exposures.
When your gut is dysbiotic, it means the “bad germs” (disease-causing bacteria, for instance) begin to edge out the “good germs”.
Many of us are impacted by so many toxins that our kidneys, liver, and colon may not be able to function optimally.
If you’re thinking “Isn’t cleansing what your kidneys, liver, and colon are for?”
The answer is YES!
Drainage, Detox, Cleansing!
In 8 years of researching, I invented the life-changing MZ Protocol, which is an absolutely revolutionary approach to reverse our lifestyle, but in combination with Frequency therapy, I realised, this is the complete plan of remedy.
In simple words: To understand and explain life by the laws of physics..
See subpage MZ-Protocol and share, please.
